On August 31, Guangchuan international No.2 dock ushered in the fourth batch of this year, successfully realizing the docking of three whole ships and two half ships floating and landing on piers. This is the first time to dock three ships at the same time this year. The docking period is within 90 days, which is short and in good condition.

Giant beast with "wings"

Among the three new ships to be undocked, the most outstanding one is the Danish dfds600 passenger / 4500 m Lane luxury ro ro ship No.1.

The ship has fully absorbed the construction experience of Algerian ro ro passenger ship, and has made great progress in the integrity of block pre assembly and the efficiency of block loading. In the dock stage, the coating of 23 blocks and 13 blocks was completed

The ship has completed one-time painting and window painting of all the superstructure outer plates; the installation of lifting platform, slope watertight door and slope cover plate has been completed; the installation and inspection of generator, commissioning and inspection of multiple systems have been completed, and more than 530 km of cable laying has been completed.

The "wings" were actually the "noses" she used to breathe: in order to meet the requirements of safe return to Hong Kong, two independent propulsion systems were specially equipped.

The faster and faster the tanker is built

The other two ships to be docked are MR chemical tanker No.3 of Singapore Wanbang and No.2 of China Merchants Nanyou 49700 ton product oil tanker.

Among them, Wanbang MR chemical tanker No.3 got a good score of 92 points in the transition evaluation, and the docking status was good.

The ship has realized the ignition of power generation vehicles and boilers in the dock; completed the coating of all coating cabins in the outer area, the inspection of cargo oil tank integrity and tightness, the loading test of gangway, lifeboat and marine crane; completed the coating of five floors of the upper building area, and started to install furniture in some floors; it also realized the lighting of the front seat and the interior, and the power supply of the power distribution board in the centralized control room.
